Vor wenigen Jahren noch ziemlich abgenutzt, wurde sie durch die Insterburger Landmannschaft wieder auf Vordermann gebracht.<\/p>\n<p><a Jahren zum Siegesgedenkpark gewidmet worden: hier versammeln sich Geschichtsvereine und spielen die Erst\u00fcrmung Insterburgs nach.
