Sie dissoniere offensichtlich mit der umgebenden Bebauung und entspreche den Bildungsbaunormen nicht. Dabei best\u00e4tige die Funktionalanalyse des Stadtgebietes, da\u00df hier in fu\u00dfl\u00e4ufiger N\u00e4he eine Schule vonn\u00f6ten sei.<br \/>\nIm vorliegenden Entwurf wird vorgeschlagen, die Zahl der Sch\u00fcler auf 450 zu reduzieren, die historischen Baufluchten wiederherzustellen und die tradierten Planstrukturen wiederaufleben zu lassen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/instergod.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Fassade-Gagarin.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8128\" title=\"Fassade-Gagarin\" src=\"https:\/\/instergod.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Fassade-Gagarin-450x84.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"84\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<em>Fassade Kasernenstra\u00dfe<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/instergod.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Fassade-Hof.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8129\" title=\"Fassade-Hof\" src=\"https:\/\/instergod.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Fassade-Hof-450x89.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"89\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<em>Hoffassade<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/instergod.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Fassade-Komsomolskaja.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8130\" title=\"Fassade-Komsomolskaja\" src=\"https:\/\/instergod.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Fassade-Komsomolskaja-450x165.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"165\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<em>Fassade Jordanstra\u00dfe<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Der Bau besteht aus zwei Teilen, dem Lehrtrakt und dem \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4nglichen Trakt. Im Ersteren sind die Klassenr\u00e4ume zusammengefa\u00dft, die zweigeschossige Bibliothek und Lektorium. In diesem findet des Sommers ein Fahrradverleih statt, und des Winters wird eine Schlittschuhbahn angelegt, auch mit Verleih. Von der Albrecht-Stadie-Stra\u00dfe zur Luisenstra\u00dfe ist der Bereich vielfach gefaltet und \u00fcberdeckt eine unterirdische vollautomatische Garage f\u00fcr 425 Autos. Sie trenne die Wohnfl\u00e4chen von den \u00f6ffentlichen, auf da\u00df sie nicht kollidieren.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/instergod.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Schnitt-A-A.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8141\" title=\"Schnitt-A-A\" src=\"https:\/\/instergod.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Schnitt-A-A-450x130.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"130\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage erfolge von der Albrecht-Stadie-Stra\u00dfe, und die Ausfahrt\u00a0\u2014 von der Luisenstra\u00dfe.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8149\" title=\"Sicht-Karl-Marx\" src=\"https:\/\/instergod.ru\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/Sicht-Karl-Marx-450x398.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"398\" \/><\/p>\n<p>An der Schlentherstra\u00dfe schlage ich die Wiederherstellung der Blockrandbebauung vor. Dieses Haus ber\u00fccksichtige die gewachsene Nachbarschaft und ihre typische Gliederungsformen.
